For electronics & industrial distributors
Nodelec turns incoming RFQs into quotation-ready data — extracting BOM line items from email and Excel, matching them against your real stock and pricing, and routing anything uncertain to your team for review.
No credit card needed for the pilot.
This is what happens before a quote can even be drafted — on every RFQ, no matter how simple the request actually is.
The same chain of work from the problem above — handled automatically, with your team in control of the parts that matter.
An incoming RFQ arrives by email, with the BOM attached as Excel or PDF.
Structured part numbers, quantities, and descriptions are extracted from the document.
Each line item is matched against your production catalog — real stock and pricing.
Anything below a confidence threshold routes to the Review Queue for your team.
Validated data syncs with Tally and is ready for your team to turn into a quotation.
Review incoming RFQs, inspect extracted data, and verify exceptions before they move forward — this isn't a mockup, it's a recreation of the real dashboard your team would use.

Based on these inputs, labor savings alone may not justify the current subscription.
Illustrative estimate based on the assumptions you entered. It models direct operational labor only — not faster turnaround, added quotation capacity, or accuracy gains, which Nodelec may also provide but which aren't part of this calculation. Actual results depend on workflow complexity, document quality, and review rates.

No fake certifications, no vague promises — here's exactly what controls the implementation actually has today.
Every dashboard request is authenticated with a hashed API key or session token — never stored in a form that could be read back — and scoped to your organization. A request for another organization’s data returns nothing, the same as if it didn’t exist.
RFQs and BOMs you send in are processed and stored under your organization’s own record in our database. Nothing is shared across organizations.
Nodelec only reads from Tally — it fetches stock and pricing through Tally’s own export request and never sends anything back. Connection credentials are hashed or encrypted at rest, never stored in plain text.
Matches the system isn’t confident about are routed to the Review Queue. Nothing reaches a quote without your team confirming or rejecting it first.
Nodelec runs as a single containerized service. On-premise deployment is available on the Enterprise plan — talk to us about the specifics of your environment.
When the system is uncertain
No SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar certifications yet — we'd rather tell you that plainly than put up a badge we haven't earned. More in the security FAQ.
15 days, ₹15,000, on your own RFQs — here's exactly what that looks like.
Connect your email intake, and Tally if you use it, so real RFQs start flowing in.
We help set up your product catalog and matching so it reflects your actual parts and suppliers.
Real RFQs run through extraction and matching — not sample data.
Your team verifies every match in the Review Queue before anything is used in a quote.
At the end of the pilot, you have real output on real RFQs to judge — and decide if it fits.
